Diversity Xchange: Pathways to Truth and Reconciliation Webinar hosted by Women in Communications and Technology

Symcor's Jeannie White, Director of Employee Experience, had the opportunity to participate in Women in Communications and Technology's webinar titled “Diversity Xchange: Pathways to Truth and Reconciliation”.

The discussion was led by Aboriginal Peoples Television Network's Vera Houle, Director of Community Relations, and included non-profit organization, Innovations for Learning Canada. The conversation enabled participants and viewers to achieve a better understanding of best practices for diversity, equality and inclusion within the workplace.

Symcor has been a long-time partner of Innovations for Learning Canada, supporting early literacy in high-need communities. With efforts such as TutorMate, an online tutoring platform, Symcor has worked with students to support literacy through one-on-one virtual reading programs.
