Symcor Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Michaela O’Connor as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Michaela will also join Symcor’s Executive Committee, reinforcing Symcor’s commitment to strategic leadership and growth.

In her new role, Michaela will oversee sales and marketing and lead strategic initiatives that influence solutions, operations, and culture. She will focus on accelerating sustainable growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring Symcor remains at the forefront of client-focused innovation.

Since joining Symcor in 2018 as Head of Growth & Client Development, she has consistently demonstrated strategic vision and an ability to deliver measurable results.

Under her leadership, Symcor has achieved positive revenue growth, championed initiatives to transform Symcor’s sales approach, refreshed marketing strategies, and introduced innovative tools that empowered teams and enhanced client engagement.
