To our valued clients and partners:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Symcor has remained rooted in our foundational pillars of Trust and Excellence. These represent not only our strengths and expertise, but also our guiding principles as we navigate the global health crisis. Over the past months, we have been focused on maintaining high standards of service level excellence in the midst of rapidly evolving conditions.

As regions across Canada reopen in a phased manner, we are monitoring the latest developments and reimagining our workplace with caution and care. In recent months, Symcor has redefined its workplace strategies with regards to our people and services by focusing on three key tenets: SEE - Safe, Engaged and Employed. These have guided us in creating a thoughtful roadmap to transition to a ‘new’ world during and post-pandemic.

Our workplace strategy adopts a phased approach and is continually assessed and revised as conditions change:

  • Employees who are working remotely will continue to do so throughout 2020. Our decision for these employees to return to the workplace will be contingent on the appropriate external conditions, with health and safety remaining key considerations.
  • Employees at our Operations locations have consistently worked onsite throughout COVID-19 with rigorous safety protocols in place and will continue to do so.

Having recently marked the occasion of Symcor’s 24th anniversary on August 12, our mission remains centered on connecting for common good to create richer outcomes for our industry partners. Now more than ever, we want to assure you of our commitment to your success and to shaping a stronger future for Canada, together.
