Symcor Selected as an Excellence Awardee by the Canadian HR Awards

Symcor was recently selected as an Excellence Awardee by the Canadian HR Awards for Best HR Communication Strategy for the campaign Symcor Stronger.

As a joint initiative between Symcor’s HR and Marketing teams, Symcor Stronger has been instrumental in supporting our employees through the pandemic. Through interactive initiatives, a forum was created to inspire, engage and share Symcor stories, enabling staff members to stay connected even while physically apart. 

In addition to providing resources relevant to supporting employees through the pandemic, Symcor Stronger also focused on helping employees thrive by building and maintaining valuable connections with teammates across the country.
